Internal Fabrication Dept. comprises all activities for assembly and installation of various 
dewatering filter systems within either 
steel or polyethylene rad-waste containers. 
This department, led by Pam Buford, is also 
responsible for the installation of any 
of an array of lifting mechanism on 
these containers and final preparation 
for shipment 
directly to the nuclear facility.
 

Carolina Fabricators, Inc -Head Division manufactures both ASME Code and Non-Code heads for delivery literally world wide.  The personnel of our head shop (lead by General Manager , Mark Harris and Shop Supervisor Tim Wheeler)  are fully 
knowledgeable in the requirements

The Steel Fab Department led by 
Milton Hughes forms the traditional basis of CFI's operations.  Originally founded to 
supply lifting mechanisms and carbon steel rad-waste containers.  Steel fabrication is now expanded to encompass 
pressure vessel fabrication, repair, 
and alteration, process piping systems and structural  steel assemblies.  Welding is 
all ASME or 
AWS Code compliant and is performed 
by some of the best welders 
in the industry.
