CFI’s Engineering Department is managed by Jim Gold. Although much of CFI nuclear fabrication is by client design, the department is heavily involved with submittal and initiation of proper design change documentation. Most of CFI’s standard pressure vessel fabrication or alteration is,. however, a result of CFI’s computer driven design (both calculations and CAD drawings). (jimgold@carolinafab.net)

Accounting is also recognized as a critical function at Carolina Fabricators, Inc. This department, led by M. J. Trombley, must assure the accuracy of all financial transactions within Carolina Fabricators as well as with customers.
Purchasing is recognized as a critical function at CFI for several reasons. This department, also led by M.J. Trombley, must juggle Code requirements, customer specifications, pricing, and delivery scheduling while assuring that the highest quality standards are maintained. Not an easy task - but one taken very seriously with full knowledge that the component can't be assembled correctly if the parts aren't right. (mjtrombley@carolinafab.net)
